Cancer clinical trials: Welcome to the MAGRIT study site!

MAGRIT is a large Phase III clinical study in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). It will evaluate a potential new cancer treatment called MAGE-A3 ASCI* (Antigen-Specific Cancer Immunotherapeutics) in NSCLC patients who have had an operation to remove their tumor. This site is for cancer patients and their families who would like to find out about the study.

The results of early studies of MAGE-A3 ASCI* in people led to the setting up of MAGRIT. This study will look at how safe MAGE-A3 ASCI* is, and how well it works. MAGRIT is currently recruiting patients to take part in the study.

Clinical studies (also called clinical trials) are carried out in volunteer patients, and follow strict rules. This site tells you about MAGRIT and cancer clinical trials. You can:

If you are interested in participating in MAGRIT, follow these 3 steps:

  • Find out what MAGRIT involves
  • Check if you are suitable for this study.
  • Find a MAGRIT study center close to where you live and contact that hospital for a first discussion on the study, and your potential participation in it.

It is a good idea to talk about the study with your own doctor. He or she knows your individual case and will be able to help you decide whether you want to participate.

Thank you for your interest in the MAGRIT study.
